Physical Therapist

Dr. Lauren O’Shea graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at The George Washington University in 2012. Lauren is currently a Level 3 certified Functional Dry Needling Practitioner and is certified in the Barbell Rehab Method.

Lauren’s initial interest in Physical Therapy began after her first ACL reconstruction. She has had her fair share of injuries since and has worked in a variety of outpatient settings, which made her realize just how important one-on-one care is in not only getting a patient back to what they love, but in being able to build a trusting relationship with the patient. She has a special interest in treating athletes and lifters, taking the extra time to familiarize herself with their craft to allow for personalized care. In her free time, Lauren loves to work out, play soccer and hang out with her pup Tiki.
