Dr. Blake Cooper (She/her)

PT, DPT, CAPP-Pelvic

Blake is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who treats a wide range of pelvic floor conditions across all genders and life stages. Her clinical focus includes urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, painful bladder syndrome, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction, and pre- and post-operative care. She also works extensively with prenatal and postpartum populations, helping patients return to exercise, sport, and the activities that matter most to them.

Blake earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University School of Medicine and holds a Certificate of Advanced Practice in Physical Therapy in Pelvic Health (CAPP-Pelvic). She is currently pursuing her Polestar Pilates Instructor Certification, further deepening her movement-based approach to care.

Her treatment philosophy blends orthopedic and holistic care, with an emphasis on creating a safe, collaborative environment where patients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the rehabilitation process. Blake believes movement should enhance quality of life—not feel intimidating—and works closely with each patient to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Outside the clinic, Blake enjoys practicing Pilates, traveling, walking her dog Bruno, and spending time with her cat Minnie.
