DANA LOGAN (She/her)

MS, PT

Physical Therapist

Dana has called DC home for nearly 25 years, when she started her career as a physical therapist. She moved to the city after completing her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Miami University in Ohio, and has an advanced certification in geriatric rehabilitation. Dana has a deep interest in soft tissue injuries of the hip, and is a certified hip specialist through Hospital of Special Surgeries in New York.

Dana approaches each client with total dedication, seeing her patients through their injury or illness and working towards achieving their highest level of function. She believes that a large part of her role is empowering each person to learn to work within what their body can do rather than fear their injury or physical condition. Dana combines evidenced based techniques, along with an enormous amount of patient education to achieve results.

In addition to treating patients, Dana lectures both to therapists and the general public, has developed continuing education material, implemented worksite ergonomic initiatives, and managed post-rehab programs. Dana is also the founder of “Exercise for Aging Well,” which uses evidence-based exercise programs to tackle a variety of medical topics common with aging.
