DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?

The PHYT Collective won’t bill or deal with your insurance directly. We will treat you & expect the cost of treatment at the time of service at a flat rate regardless of what treatments (manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, dry needling) we do that day. We will always provide you a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement but for that to mean anything to you financially, your health insurance plan must have out-of-network benefits. If you plan on submitting for reimbursement, we strongly recommend calling your insurance company prior to your first visit.
