DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?

The PHYT Collective offers courtesy billing through our partner, Big Sky Billing. While PHYT remains a fully cash-based practice, patients now have the option—directly within PT Everywhere—to have their superbills submitted to insurance on their behalf. This means that instead of managing paperwork or navigating submission portals yourself, our team will handle the process for you.

Opting in is intentionally simple. Patients who wish to participate can go to their PT Everywhere profile and add their insurance information. Once that information is entered, it automatically signals to our team on the back end that you’d like us to submit your claims through our courtesy billing program.

For patients, this service offers a smoother and more convenient experience. Your claims can be applied toward your deductible or processed according to the specifics of your insurance plan, without any additional steps on your end. Courtesy billing does not change our pricing or your out-of-pocket responsibility; it is simply an added support to help you maximize your benefits with less hassle. We’re pleased to offer this streamlined option and look forward to continuing to make your care as seamless as possible.

If you plan on submitting the Superbill for reimbursement via our courtesy billing, we strongly recommend calling your health insurance company before your first visit.
