WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The PHYT Collective strives to give you the highest standard of care. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that would have been filled by another patient seeking treatment. As a courtesy to other patients and our therapists, we require a 24-hour (or greater) notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of their appointment. Patients that “No-Show” for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.
