WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The PHYT Collective strives to deliver the highest standard of care & reserves time just for you. In order to provide this quality service and to offer you convenient & timely appointments, we ask that you provide us 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you late cancel, a patient who needs care was unable to be seen. The PHYT Collective reserves the right to penalize you 50% of the cost of your appointment if you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled time. You will be charged the full cost of your appointment if you “no show”. Should you have concerns over an issued cancellation or no show fee, please email getphyt@phytcollective.com.
